Metropark Station: Center Westbound Platform Stairs (Eastside Stair Set) Temporarily Closed for Inspection - Beginning Monday, October 22, 2018
Beginning Monday, October 22 and continuing for approximately eight weeks, the westbound platform stairs (east side stair set) at Metropark Station will be temporarily closed for extensive rehabilitation work.
During this time, customers may use nearby stairs, elevators or pedestrian ramp.
Please NOTE: The repairs of the staircase are a priority and NJ TRANSIT is taking steps to advance the emergency repairs as quickly as possible. Even emergency repairs require the appropriate permitting and we are moving that process forward as quickly as we can.
For your safety, please obey all posted signs and do not travel through barricaded areas.
