UPDATE: Edison Station: Inbound Elevator Temporarily Out of Service for Equipment Upgrades through Friday, December 1, 2017
UPDATE: Work will continue through Friday, December 1.
Effective immediately and continuing through Friday, December 1, the inbound (eastbound) elevator at Edison Station is temporarily closed for equipment upgrades.
During this time, customers requiring accessible service may consider the following travel options:
- Traveling TO Edison Station from points west (e.g. Trenton): Remain on the train to Metuchen Station and then transfer to an outbound train to Edison Station.
- Traveling FROM Edison to points east (e.g. Newark/New York): Take an outbound train to New Brunswick Station and then transfer to an inbound train to your destination.
The inbound platform at Edison Station also is equipped with a ramp.
