Cranford Station: Westbound Platform Closed in Phases for Station Rehabilitation Work - Effective Immediately
Phase 1 - East end of westbound platform
Phase 2 - West end of westbound platform
Effective immediately and continuing for approximately 18 months, the outbound (westbound) platform at Cranford Station will undergo rehabilitation work in two phases. The work will occur during off peak hours during the day only.
During this time, customers may experience possible delays of up to 20 minutes as a result of Amtrak track work and consequent speed restrictions.
During the first phase: The east end of the westbound platform will be closed. At this time, customers can board the train from the west end of the platform.
During the second phase: The west end of the westbound platform will be closed. Customers can board the train from the east end of the platform.
For your safety, please use caution and do not travel through barricaded areas.
