Deputy Chief Patrick Clark currently leads the Patrol Division for the NJ TRANSIT Police Department.
Deputy Chief Clark joined the NJ TRANSIT Police Department in January of 1994 and was assigned to the Patrol Division. During his career he has worked in the Anti-Crime Unit, Detective Bureau, and Patrol Division. He was assigned to the Newark Police Department's Tactical Auto Recovery Group Enforcement Team (T.A.R.G.E.T.), the Essex and Union Auto Theft Task Force and numerous narcotic investigations with other law enforcement agencies. Deputy Chief Clark served as Officer-in-Charge of Transit District 3 in Secaucus and Executive Officer of Districts 2 and 3 in Newark and Hoboken. He advanced to Captain in 2007. While in the rank of Captain, he also served as the Commanding Officer of District 2, and as Chief-of-Staff to the Chief of Police.
Deputy Chief Clark is a graduate of the 252nd session of the FBI National Academy and the recipient of 16 Newark Police Department Command Citations, three Unit Citation Awards, the Excellent Police Service Award, the Essex County Distinguished Service Award and the Letter of Commendation Award. He attended the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police's Command and Leadership Program, the Penn State High Impact Supervision Course, and the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police's Police Executive Institute. Deputy Chief Clark graduated from the Middlesex County Police Academy.
Captain Andrew Crowe is the Commanding Officer of Transit Districts 3. He directs and controls daily Police Operations in Hudson, Bergen and Passaic Counties. Captain Crowe's Transit Districts 3 and 4 comprise Hoboken, Secaucus, the Hudson Bergen Light Rail, and the new Meadowlands Station.
Captain Crowe joined NJ TRANSIT Police in 2000 after serving four years with the Sea Girt Police Department holding positions in Dispatch and Patrol. Captain Crowe started his career with NJ TRANSIT Police assigned to the Patrol Division working in Transit Districts 2, 3 and 4 in Newark, Hoboken and Secaucus and has risen through the ranks quickly within the department. In 2003, he was promoted to Patrol Sergeant and worked in Transit District 7 located in Atlantic City and then Transit District 2 in Newark. Captain Crowe advanced to Lieutenant in 2008 and was appointed to the Executive Officer position in Transit Districts 3 and 4 in Hoboken and Secaucus.
Captain Crowe has served in his current rank since 2011. Prior to serving as the Commanding Officer of Transit Districts 3 and 4, he oversaw the NJ TRANSIT Police Department's Central Communications Center, Training Unit, Records Unit, and Information & Technology Unit. He also was previously the commanding officer of districts 5, 6 and 7.
Captain Crowe is the recipient of the Lifesaving Award, five Distinguished Service Awards and four Unit Citation Awards. He holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. Captain Crowe graduated from the Ocean County Police Academy's 70th Class and the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police's Command and Leadership program.
Inspector Andrew Keelan is the Commanding Officer of Transit District 2. He directs and controls daily Police Operations at Penn Station Newark, The Newark City Subway Light Rail, Bus and Rail Stations in Essex, Morris, Warren, Hunterdon Somerset Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties
Inspector Keelan started his career with the NJ TRANSIT Police Department working Patrol, Communications and the Mobile Enforcement Unit. In 1997, He was promoted to Sergeant where he worked Patrol and Communications. Inspector Keelan also served as a Terminal Agency Coordinator, In 2001 Inspector Keelan Started the NJ Transit K-9 Unit, where he served as the K-9 Units first Supervisor and Handler with K-9 Officer "Adam". Inspector Keelan advanced to Lieutenant in 2002 and held various leadership positions and commands including Canine Supervisor, Officer-In-Charge of Records and Communications and Tour Commander. Inspector Keelan was promoted to the rank of Captain in 2011 where he served as Patrol Captain, Commanding Officer of Districts 5, 6 & 7 and from 2013 until 2017 the Commanding Officer of Districts 3 & 4. He was promoted to Inspector in 2017 and is the Commanding Officer of District 2
Inspector Keelan is a graduate of the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police's Command & Leadership program. Inspector Keelan attended RETS Electronic School and received a certificate for Electronics Engineering Technician. He is also a veteran of the United States Army, Military Police.
Deputy Chief Iandoli began his career with NJ TRANSIT Police as a Patrol Officer at the Broad Street Station in Newark in 1996. He has risen through the ranks at NJ TRANSIT Police Department being promoted to Sergeant in 2001, Lieutenant in 2006, Captain in 2008, and Inspector 2017. During his tenure, Deputy Chief Iandoli held various supervisory positions and commands including Patrol, Train Patrol, Mobile Enforcement Unit (MEU), Communications, Detective Bureau Sergeant and Officer-In-Charge of Detectives. Additionally, he served on the Newark Fugitive Task Force.
Prior to serving as the Deputy Chief of Administration, Deputy Chief Iandoli served as the Commanding officer of Transit District 2, as well as previously the Commanding Officer of Transit Districts 5, 6 and 7 and Investigations.
Deputy Chief Iandoli is the recipient of the NJ TRANSIT Police Department Excellent Police Service Award and six Unit Citation Awards. He currently serves as Vice President of the NJ Internal Affairs Association.
Deputy Chief Iandoli holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is matriculating towards his Master's Degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Seton Hall. He graduated from the John H. Stamler Police Academy in Union County and the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police's West Point Command & Leadership program
Inspector Robert Noble is the Commanding Officer of the NJ TRANSIT Police Department's Special Operations Division. He directs and coordinates the Department's Counter Terrorism Unit, Emergency Management Unit, Emergency Services Unit, K-9 Unit and Train Patrol Unit.
Inspector Noble started in the Patrol Division in 1995. He was promoted to Patrol Sergeant in November 2002 and has served in a variety of leadership positions including Supervisor of Emergency Management in 2005, Officer-In-Charge of Special Operations in 2008, Commanding Officer of Administration in 2010 and Commanding Officer of Special Operations in 2011.
Inspector Noble graduated from the Middlesex County Police Academy.
Captain Nicholas Capriglione is the Commanding Officer of Transit District 5, 6 and 7 in Trenton, Camden and Atlantic City for the NJ TRANSIT Police Department. He directs and controls all daily Police Operations for these locations.
Captain Capriglione started his career with NJ TRANSIT Police in January of 2000. He was initially assigned to the Patrol Division, and worked in Transit Districts 2, 3 and 4.
In 2003, he was promoted to Patrol Sergeant and worked in Transit District 2. Captain Capriglione was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in 2011, and in 2014 Captain Capriglione was appointed to the Executive Officer position in charge of Administration. He has recently been appointed in charge of districts 5, 6, and 7.
Captain Capriglione is a graduate of the Somerset County Police Academy and the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police's Command and Leadership program.
Captain Frank Castellano is the afternoon Patrol Captain for the NJ Transit Police Dept. He supervises patrol operations for the NJ Transit Police Department during the afternoon and evening hours.
Captain Castellano joined the NJ Transit Police Department in 2002 after working both as a Seasonal Police Officer for the Mantoloking Police Department and a State Corrections Officer for the Juvenile Justice Commission. Captain Castellano started his career with the NJ Transit Police assigned to the Patrol Division working in Districts 5,6,7 in Trenton, Camden, and Atlantic City. In 2008, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and worked in District 2 Newark and then Districts 5 Trenton, and District 7 Atlantic City. In 2013, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and worked as a Tour Commander in the Central Communications Center and then District 3 and 4 in Hoboken and Secaucus. In 2017, he was promoted to the rank of Captain.
Captain Castellano holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Stockton University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University. He is the recipient of two unit citation awards and graduated from Ocean County Police Academy’s 73rd Class and the Juvenile Justice Commissions Corrections Officer Training Academy in Sea Girt, NJ.
