- NJ TRANSIT is conducting a language survey to better understand how customers who do not speak English well access our services and programs
- The survey is available in multiple languages
- The survey asks questions about:
- Your awareness and use of NJ TRANSIT’s language assistance options and services
- How you get information about NJ TRANSIT
- Your use of NJ TRANSIT services
- Optional demographic information
- This survey is for research purposes only and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It can be completed on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
- All participants who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win a free monthly pass or a $100 gift card. To qualify for the gift card, you must complete the survey and provide your name and contact information. However, providing personal information is not required to complete the survey.
